About Kim
Before founding 11 Swans Consulting, Kim spent nearly twenty years in financial services at Capital Group, directing research and building a wellness program that served thousands of associates and received the 2021 One Mind at Work Salus Award.
She holds an ACC coaching certification from ICF, a Riordan Leadership Institute Fellowship from UCLA Anderson, and serves on the boards of Capital One and Barnard College.
